The pool area is always clean, and the rooms are fashionable and high-class with access to a beautiful garden and outside.

Hotel located within the walled city, with very friendly staff who make the effort to speak Spanish, we feel well treated. A hotel very much in keeping with and integrated into the medieval environment. They let us go up to the room hours before 16:00 and gave us a tour of the hotel. Very spacious family room we had a king size bed for us and two big beds for the little ones and they still had room to run and play. Separate bathroom and toilet, with a huge bathtub that delighted the little ones before they went to sleep. We ordered dinner from room service, some macaroni for the kids and a couple of tortillas for us, it was 50 euros including the extra 10 euros for using the service. The good food. The breakfast was correct, not a spectacular buffet, but there was a good assortment of breads, sausages, local cheeses, sweets etc. Everything we tasted was of good quality.

We arrived before 13:00 at the private parking lot and called the hotel to pick us up. We got tired of waiting and walked up. Although it is close, we have to go through the walls and climb some stairs. The prices of the restaurant are 50 ? minimum, when you arrive they recommend you to reserve a table because it gets full, so it must be worth what they charge you. We ate in the room.

We loved the well-arranged and pet-friendly unit on the terrace, and the location next to the School Museum was unbeatable and absolutely incredible.

We were in this hotel this weekend with my future wife. I have to say that the stay was PERFECT! I can't have any complaints, there are always details but the truth is that we were enthusiastic.. The hotel is next to the Basilica of Sant Nazaire, in the heart of the fortified city of Carcassonne and just three minutes from the city's castle.. For me the hotel is like an old medieval palace with French and Provencal style.. Days before my arrival I wrote to the hotel to let them know that during my stay I was going to propose to my wife, they in turn did everything possible to make our stay perfect at all times and finally it was! The treatment of the staff is a 10 from the moment you arrive at the private parking guarded 24 / H which costs 20 euros and pick you up in a small vehicle to take you directly to the hotel and take your bags to the room . When you check in at the reception, the treatment is also 10. They ask you how your trip was, from where you visit them, they thank you for trusting them by choosing them, they explain the room they have assigned you and where the views are and in case you have breakfast included or you want to add it they tell you where they do it. Then the driver who will take you to the hotel will accompany you to your room with your luggage and will give you a guided tour of the hotel explaining each area. And when you finally arrive at the room, he asks you if the room is to your liking and if everything is to your liking. The cafeteria staff is also a 10, they were very attentive at all times during breakfast, very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff is also a 10, we were lucky enough to meet our room maid and realized that she was above all a hard worker and a great person.

What I didn't like because of that was the damage to the wardrobe, glass of the exterior terrace door and door handles. It would need a little more maintenance.

In the walled city. The room had a very pleasant sitting out area.

Very expensive at almost 1000 Euros for two nights. Expected a lot better. Driving in and out of the walled city was a real nightmare, not for faint hearted.

Nicely appointed, hip new property with competent staff. Historic and incredibly comfortable location in Carcassonne.- Stunning Carcassonne and the hotel's beautiful restaurant.- Variety of food at breakfast, such as slices of fresh bread, cereals, pastries, hot waffles, and cheese.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at a cute restaurant. The place had a modern vibe, and the bed was super comfy! 😊

Wonderful hotel in a magnificent setting. Everthing about the hotel was first class. Its location in the medieval cite of Carcassonne is stunning,and well worth the experience.

The total stay was lovely for an outstanding visit. My room was well-organised and pet-friendly, with a big balcony, storage space, and a coffee maker.- The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food like fresh bread, cereal, pastries, hot waffles, and cheese. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel was fantastic and our room which was a superior double also had a fantastic private terrace with comfortable garden furniture. This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were beyond helpful. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and we would have no hesitation in reecommending it. It has to be the best hotel in Carcassonne

We did not have breakfast or dinner at the hotel. Dinner and breakfast we found to be very expensive.
